The owner[s] of any and all properties registered in Satanic Black respectively reserves all rights deemed necessary to conduct a well ran establishment.

The Property owner[s] are entitled, without any negative consequence, to remove anyone from their establishment[s] that is/are conducting behavior that is of a harassing nature, and interferes with the suitable functioning of the establishment.

Excessive harassment on the Property owner[s] by another member of Satanic Black must be monitored [ logged ] and sent to the Empress and Emperor. If the proof is substantial enough, the harassing party may be brought to trial.

Only members of Satanic Black may register Property that belongs to the owner. Property[ies] belonging to an outside party not affiliated with Satanic Black will be denied registration.

Property classes that qualify for registration and protection under Satanic Black are defined as, but not limited to the following:
Guild/Clan/Individual-Owned Recruiting Taverns, Inns, Bars, Clubs, Compounds, Posts, Halls, Manors etc.
Sanctums, Sanctuaries, Churches [ rare ], Temples, Medical Centers.
Owner-created Taverns, Bars, Clubs, Inns, Shops, Boutiques, Strongholds, Manors.
Forum-designated Arenas, Recruits, Halls, Forum Event-designated establishments.
Property[ies] not protected under Satanic Black, but can be registered for ownership: MSA's [ Mass Spar Arenas ]
Spar/SM/DM Arenas
Out of Forum properties not owned by the registering owner.

To register property in Satanic Black is simple. Fill out and submit the Real Estate Application on the "Satanic Paperwork" page. Property registrations must be displayed on either or both the owner's profile and/or webpage.

Satanic Black Property Rights:
Owners are entitled to run their respected properties with the sense of security.
Owners have the right to report violators to the Empress and Emperor for further action to be taken.
The owner reserves the right to recommend a reasonable course of action at his/her discretion.
Wars, whether real or mock, will not deem any infraction of the property status, unless otherwise noted. [ Example, a warring party stating in terms that Safe Haven properties do not apply in their war. ].
NO attempts may be carried out in a registered establishment, regardless of SB attempt or OOF attempt. This also applies to war/mock war attempts unless stated otherwise and agreed upon in writing.
